Hardship Relief Scholarships
If your community or organization was impacted by the devastating 2024 hurricane season or any other hardship, we want to ease the burden on your community and make sure you still have access to the education and resources necessary to do your job and positively impact your community as it recovers. Apply for our Hardship Relief Grants, which will be awarded on a case-by-case basis in amounts up to full conference registration fees.

Hotel block booking information:
– Call toll-free at 1-844-330-0296 (24/7) to our central reservations call center and mention the group name Southeast Festivals and Events Association or the group code SFE to receive the special group rate.
– Call the local number at 828-285-2603 during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm and ask for in-house reservations mentioning the Southeast Festivals and Events Association.
– Visit the hotel website, enter the block dates needed, and enter the group code SFE.
