SFEA Conference Scholarship
SFEA seeks to encourage professionalism within the festival industry. In order to enable those individuals and organizations that might not otherwise be able to attend professional development seminar and conferences, SFEA is providing individual scholarships to a limited number of deserving applicants to support the payment of such registration fees.
During the 2010 Conference held in Macon Georgia, 8 students from Georgia Southern University were awarded partial scholarships. Money generated by the annual auction helps to support the scholarship program.
Applicants must meet the criteria outlined in this application. Preference will be given to applicants from culturally diverse backgrounds and/or events. Note: If there is a possibility of your financial or professional status changing in such a way that creates a conflict with any of the requirements, please be aware the scholarship may be withdrawn.
